Sign in, walk the course, and set where the pin stands on each green — drag it into place and nudge it a metre at a time, drop the RTK locator in the cut hole and let it report its own position, or type the whole sheet in on a form. However it is set, it lands on the same published sheet.
Three ways to set a pin
Drag and nudge. The green is drawn in its true shape, so you put the flag where the hole is and tap the arrows to trim the last metre. Distance from the front and offset from the centre update as you move.

Let the RTK locator do it. Position the RTK locator at the hole and it records the details — centimetre accurate, and nobody has to work on a phone while the crew moves on to the next green.
Why the RTK locator earns its keep
A phone’s own GPS is out by metres — fine for telling a player how far the green is, nowhere near good enough to say where the hole is. Our RTK solution is accurate to centimetres and repeatable, so every pin on the sheet is measured the same way every time — and setting it takes no screen time at all.
Provisional, then published
Positions save to a provisional sheet for a validity window you choose. Prepare Saturday’s pins on Friday; The system will publish them on time.

What clubs ask us
How accurate is a dragged pin, really?
The green is surveyed, so an offset read off it is as good as the position your greenkeeper set. Dragged on screen it is as accurate as the eye of the person doing it — in practice better than pacing, because the green is drawn in its true shape. With the Bluetooth RTK locator standing in the cut hole it is centimetres, and repeatable morning after morning.
Do we have to give up printed sheets?
No, and most clubs don’t. The back office produces a print-ready array you cut into cards, plus numeric sheets for the crew cutting holes. The app and the paper come from the same published data, so they cannot disagree.
Our greenkeepers aren’t technical.
PinPlacer is one screen: the green, and a pin you drag. Where the RTK locator is used there is nothing to drag at all — it is placed in the hole and reports its own position — and all eighteen holes can alternatively be entered as plain numbers on a simple form. Staff who only cut holes run it in read-only mode and never touch a setting. Training is measured in minutes.
What does it cost our members?
Nothing for the golf. PinSheet is free on both stores, and everything to do with your course — pin positions, GPS distances, hole overviews and scoring — is free to your members.
Statistics — the full stats dashboard, the season graphs and shot dispersion — is the one paid extra, and you choose how it reaches your members. Enable it at club level and it becomes a service you provide, covered by the club and switched on for everyone. Leave it, and any member who wants it can take out a personal subscription instead.

Can we control the advertising?
Yes. On the club-managed model you sell it and keep it. On the sponsor-funded model we sell it.
Can we restrict where carts drive?
Yes. Guard zones are defined per hole. A cart running the PinSheet dashboard that enters one gets an immediate on-screen warning and an audible alarm to return to the path.
